It's just like the picture. I only see problem. The instructions in English aunq are in a lot of videos on the network of how to use it. It's very easy to program, like a watch. Allows to curl right or left. The stick is q the locks can't be too thick because of how long it takes but they're left of hair salon go. I recommend 100%. I have to charge it pq brings little battery
